Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American actress and singer-songwriter from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. The music of Momsen is used in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. The younger sister of Taylor Momsen Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. She was a dancer at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. In a Shake and Bake commercial at the time, momsen was the first to perform professionally after she was only three. Momsen's career came to a halt for over three years, until she landed a lead role in Misconceptions, a WB program Misconceptions. Momsen also starred in Saving Shiloh, a 2006 movie. The audition she gave for Hannah Montana was top 3. Miley gained the role.
