Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American author of cookery books as well as Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's longest-running program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began her career in with nuclear energy policy and budgets for the White House. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual challenge that came with her work, but she eventually, she began to lose the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. After more than 18 years of making her shop a massive success she sold it and began creating her first novel. There were many more cookbooks and magazine columns that came later. Her Food Network TV show also was launched with great success. She also sells all kinds of cooking equipment, tools and storage containers. Ina did not go to a cookery school nor worked in a dining establishment. She is entirely self-taught. Her name is ascribed to her straightforward approach to cooking and effortless entertaining. Her best-known recipes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
